Cancellation Policy :
Once an order has been placed on the website, changes to the order can only be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Once that time frame has passed the order can not be changed.

In case the product does not fit you/or you don’t like it, you can either you ship it to us within 7-8 days after delivery on the address mentioned below, or you can initiate a reverse pick up by contacting us (Rs. 120 fee) and we can either send you a new product or give you a credit note for the same amount.
For Swimwear & Shapewear clothing :
Since this comes under the Intimate clothing category there will be no refund or returns on these products.
Exchange Policy :
The products can exchanged for incorrect size given that they are in perfect condition and the customer service team has been informed of any issue within 3 days of receiving the garment. Please Make Sure That The Original Product Tag And Packing Is Intact When You Send Us The Product Back.
