We don’t do returns..... but we do swap!

Because our products are part of intimate wear and made to fit closely to your body, we do not offer returns. However, we do offer Size Exchanges within 5 days of delivery to ensure you get the right fit.

Exchange Policy

You can request a size exchange within 3 days of delivery, provided:

  • The product is unused and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging are intact
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.
  • Reverse pickup can be arranged at a flat fee of ₹120, or you may choose to ship the product back to our Delhi address

Changes? Only within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, it’s stitched and set!💌

We start the magic as soon as your return is on its way!

📦 Once it reaches our warehouse, we check the item (quick but thorough!).

🧵 Everything’s made to order, so give us 3–4 days to craft and ship your exchange.
