Because our products are part of intimate wear and made to fit closely to your body, we do not offer returns. However, we do offer Size Exchanges within 5 days of delivery to ensure you get the right fit.
Exchange Policy
You can request a size exchange within 5 days of delivery, provided:
- The product is unused and in original condition
- All tags and packaging are intact
- Only one exchange per order is allowed.
- Reverse pickup can be arranged at a flat fee of ₹120, or you may choose to ship the product back to our Delhi address

We start the magic as soon as your return is on its way!

🧵 Everything’s made to order, so give us 3–4 days to craft and ship your exchange.
