1. Where are we based?

We are based in Delhi, India. We are a completely an online platform and we don’t have any physical store or office. Our warehouse is in Delhi,India.

2. Which category products do you sell online?

The Active Story is an online intimate apparel store. We specialist in Shapewear and Swimwear clothing for women.

3. Do you take requests for customization of products?

Yes, we do customize products on request. You can email us your requirements at info.theactivestory@gmail.com.

4. How do I know my size?

On every product page, we have provided a standard size chart which can be used before making a purchase for the best possible fit. All measurements are in inches (in) and not in centimeters (cm).

B. ORDER PLACEMENT

 1. How do I place an order on your website?

  • Once you decide on making a purchase, click on the product you are willing to order.
  • Select a suitable size.
  • Click on the “Add to Cart” button once you have selected the quantity you would like to order.
  • There’ll be a slide-in window at the right-hand side with your order total and a “Checkout” button.
  • Click on the checkout button to proceed with payment and delivery details.

 

 2. I have a promo code, how do I apply it?

You can apply discount promo code on the shipping page on the right-hand side tab. The shipping page appears after you have filled in customer shipping information. Please refer to the below image for promo code application.

 

 3. I have placed my order what happens next?

  • Once you have successfully placed your order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email from Theactivestoryclothing.com
  • We will then start making your order, from our warehouse and keep you informed at every step with regards to the delivery of the same.
  • Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
  • Then, your item is shipped to your location.
  • You will receive a tracking ID from us to be entered on our courier partner website which is carrying your order.
  • You can track your order with the tracking ID until it’s delivered.

1. What Payment methods are accepted at your website ?

 We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also support the following modes of payments :

We do not collect or store your card information with us. If you suspect any unauthorized behavior on your card, then please report this to your bank immediately.

D. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1. What are the shipping charges I need to pay ?

Shipping within India is free on all orders. COD option has a shipping fee of Rs.100

2. I need my order urgently. Can you deliver it?

Please write to us on our customer care +91 9818043009 about your urgent needs and we would let you know if your order can be processed and made for express delivery.

3. What happens if I am not available when you deliver my order?

For all online orders, Our delivery service providers will make three attempts to deliver before the product will be returned to our warehouse. In case of Cash on delivery order, The delivery service provider normally calls before making an attempt. If a customer is not present when our delivery service provider attempts to deliver the order, three more attempts are made automatically and after that the product us returned to our warehouse.

 

E. RETURNS, REPLACEMENT & REFUNDS

1. Do you accept returns?

When you make a purchase with us, we believe you have placed our valued trust in us and have understood all our terms and conditions regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds. We are a small start-up passionate about providing the trendiest designs at affordable prices. Hence, currently, our business model does not give us the flexibility to accept returns unless the product is damaged or if you receive a wrong product.

2. What if I receive a damaged product?

In that case, we exchange the product and send you another product. You can raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery and place your replacement request to info.theactivestory@gmail.com

3. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, we give you the flexibility to cancel your order “before” it leaves our warehouse i.e. before it gets shipped. After the order has been shipped it becomes rather difficult for us to cancel it. We would request you to tell us as early as possible about possible cancellations.
